Teknoser offers on-site support services for all network products of Mavi Jeans including spare parts, with remote access as required, and carries out maintenance activities for all products, with its specialised and experienced team holding Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification.
Within this scope, Teknoser ensures intervention in 2 hours for possible failures of Cisco switches, cable free access devices (access points), call centre management and equipment (call manager), and wide area network routers at the Mavi Jeans headquarters, as well as the operation system products running on these devices, and offers solutions within 4 hours.
At the implementation stage of the solution offering uninterrupted operations, device provision, design, and installation services are offered. The system can operate through on-site intervention or remote connection. While the services and installation activities offered on site are focused on switching, the remote service covers Voice Over IP.
Having started managing its network maintenance in an integrated manner with Teknoser, Mavi Jeans IT department has reduced its operational costs, allowing capable employees to dedicate their time for business development projects.
