Teknoser Provides Turkish Social Security Agency (SGK) with Maintenance Services.

Teknoser provides Turkish Social Security Institution (Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu - SGK) with maintenance and repair services including hardware and software support for its computer systems and peripherals. SGK houses the social security agencies Bağ-Kur, Emekli Sandığı and SSK, serves all the 81 provinces in Turkey, operates 20,535 units of personal computer, notebook, server, dot-matrix printer, laser printer and inkjet printer and 386 units of backbone switch, side switch, router, hub and modem, for which maintenance and repair services including replacement parts are provided under a contract.
Teknoser is especially responsible for providing SGK with maintenance services for its Data Process Centers located in Kızılay and Mamak districts of Ankara, which are equipped with 245 units of such critical equipment as IBM zSeries corporate servers, IBM VTS units, IBM RS/6000, Unisys servers and SUN storage units. Teknoser also provides support for the z/OS, DB2, MVS and VTAM, software used by the above mentioned Data Process Centers in Kızılay and Mamak.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes set for maintenance and support services for the data process network of SGK are as follows: response time is 2 hours and mean time to repair is 24 hours for its corporate servers, 5 hours and 24 hours respectively for its network systems, and 24 hours and 5 business days respectively for the network communication and security systems located in its area directorates.
