Teknoser Provides Fresenius Medical Care Turkey with Maintenance Services.

The maintenance contract signed with Fresenius Medical Care Turkey covers services to repair its telecom operation failures, and to improve, supervise and direct the performance levels of its systems.
Under the contract, response time is 2 hours and mean time to repair is 1 day, including replacement parts, for approximately 200 units of equipment installed in its head office and 21 area directorates operating 60 Fresenius hospitals. In order to provide the system support services on time, two technical specialists employed by Teknoser are stationed full time in the head office of Fresenius.
