Teknoser provides the head office and area directorates of Department of Social and Child Services (Sosyal Hizmetler ve Çocuk Esirgeme Kurumu - SHÇEK) of the Prime Ministry, with maintenance, repair, upgrading and license renewal services including replacement parts.
Under the contract, response time is 4 hours and mean time to repair is 24 hours for all security, network operating systems and hardware of SHÇEK. The timeframe is 1 business day and 3 business days respectively for the computers, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS and other equipment installed in its head office. The timeframe is 2 business days and 3 business days respectively for the network communication and security systems of the area offices.
