Teknoser has generated integrated virtualization solutions for Ekol Logistics, Turkey’s leading company in the logistics industry, to increase IT performance. Under the project, including customer needs, as well as the benefits and cost analysis, was made a preliminary 4-months-planned study. Within the scope of the solution; aimed at solving the capacity problems caused by the increasing amount of data, strengthening the performance of the system, creating a safe and efficient infrastructure. Operating system and applications has virtualized in this respect and has been made manageable in the same hardware.
Teknoser, a company operating under the creator of firsts in technology Hitay Investment Holding, prepared disaster and recovery scenarios as well as project-targeted consolidation and business continuity. Teknoser, which has an Enterprise Partner agreement with Vmware, a world leader on virtualization and cloud infrastructure, completed system risk, stress and infrastructure tests and allowed the transfer of physical inventory to the virtual environment within the scope of the virtualization of physical server inventory. Collection of data on a single storage system within the solution, provided with the Netapp disk unit. Also Brocade VDX product family is used for carrying LAN and SAN datas over a single cable. This solution provided by Brocade company, found an area of application in an institution for the first time in Turkey.
