After Sales Services of Lexmark Turkey are Under the Guarantee of Teknoser.

Rendering quality, fast and reliable services to the companies from a wide range of sectors and end users, Teknoser A.Ş. has undertook cooperation with Lexmark Turkey, the company that offers solutions to laser, inkjet, multifunction and dot matrix printing needs. During the project whose infrastructural work took eight months, Lexmark Turkey provided Teknoser A.Ş. employees with training support.
The After Sales Services and the field support are aimed to be managed by units led by Lexmark Turkey Call Support Center and Teknoser A.Ş. respectively. The cooperation includes single-center monitoring and measuring installation, maintenance and repair services of printing machines, and enhancing service quality and standardization efforts. As Turkey's most extensive service provider with 65 branches and over 450 field technicians, Teknoser A.Ş. undertakes installation, maintenance and repair services of the printing solutions, taking customer needs into account.
Field and part replacement services of the printers, under warranty and sold by Lexmark Turkey, are targeted to be rendered by Teknoser A.Ş. and its dealers. "Driven by the conviction that it will always stand by our customers and offer them its extensive service network, experience and solution-oriented business philosophy, we chose Teknoser. We are of the belief that this new cooperation will even further the customer satisfaction created in “Total Printing Management” projects” stated Saruca Seri, Technical Service Manager of Lexmark Turkey, referring to the deal.
