Teknoser was established in 1998 when all operations of Exim, an affiliate of Hitay Yatırım Holding, were incorporated under the umbrella of Teknoser. As Exim has exhibited remarkable progress in Automatic Identification and Data Capture services, and in field services including installation, training, incident - maintenance and repair of POS terminals, it has assigned maintenance and installation services for all Exim hardware products to a separate company, Teknoser, which has become a leading service company with the widest network in Turkey.
When all the shares of Planet A.Ş., a group company of Hitay Yatırım Holding, were sold to French Ingenico for 26 million Euro in 2007, Teknoser companies and Universal Kart Hizmetleri, an affiliate of the same group were incorporated under the umbrella of “Teknoser Group”. Today, the Teknoser Group boasts an organization which can provide on-site installation, maintenance, assistance services for system integration projects in any of the 81 provinces of Turkey and any district of these provinces. With its 65 offices and over 600 employees across Turkey, Teknoser is a leading system integrator company, providing all of its services within the body of the company.
